REFUND POLICY
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nazaics@hotmail.com or on 0212980537. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
